Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within [10–14 business days] after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within the next two business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with your order number and photos of the damage. For lost packages, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.
